Promoting moral and ethical leadership is even an economic imperative in our country today. Very often the demand for short term gain leads to unethical business practices.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Business people, who want to survive in the long term generally tend to be ethical.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Business leaders have to lead by example.
